Booking Confirmation: The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Identification: In compliance with Italian law, all guests must provide identification documents upon arrival for registration with the local authorities.

Tourist Tax: According to the regulations of the Municipality of Merano, a tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night must be paid (for which we act solely as intermediaries). Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Liability: Guests are responsible for the property and its contents. Any technical damage or breakages must be reported promptly.

Times: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be by 10:00 AM. Cancellation: The conditions specified in the cancellation policy apply.
