- Check-in: from 4 pm to 9 pm.

- Check-out: by 10 am.

-Smoking: Strictly forbidden inside the property. 🚭

- Parties & Noise: No parties or loud music allowed. We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet. 🤫

- 🐾 Waste & Recycling: We love the environment! ♻️ Recycling: Bins for metal, paper, and glass are located in the collection banks right in front of the house. General Waste: For all other waste, please use the bins in Piazza del Grano. You will need to use the magnetic key card (provided with your keys) to open them. 

- Small pets are welcome—provided they’ve done a good job of training their owners! To keep everything fresh and hypoallergenic for everyone, we kindly ask for an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay. We look forward to meeting you (and your humans)!
